Copidata is strengthening its industrial commitment

In the industrial sector, the second glance often reveals more than the first.

The first time, you might opt for a particular technology, brand or configuration.

The second time, you’ll have a better idea of what works a promise. Data on shifts, actual jobs, set-up times, process stability, wastage, maintenance, the production team’s responsiveness and the machine’s ability to integrate into the plant’s day-to-day operations.

That is why it is particularly significant that Copidata, SA; Printeos | Label Manufacturer, is incorporating a second Miyakoshi semi-rotary offset press.

Following their experience with the MLP13A, they are now adding an MLP13C.

In an environment such as theirs, this decision cannot be explained solely by installed capacity. It is explained by industrial lace.

By a technology that has proven to make a difference where it really counts: in continuous production, with high quality standards, tight deadlines, frequent changes and the need to keep the process under control.

The new MLP13C joins a platform already familiar to Copidata, with advances in automation, control and stability that reinforces this line of work.

For those who manage label manufacturing plants, this is easy to understand; it is not just a matter of printing ‘well’.

It is about printing “well” consistently, with agile set-ups, minimal waste, stable registration, process control and a predictable production curve.

Because in a demanding industrial environment, quality cannot depend on a good day. It has to be built into the system.

That is where an investment ceases to be merely a machine purchase and becomes part of an industrial strategy.

“This new Miyakoshi is the natural evolution of our semi-rotary offset printing capabilities. It reinforces our commitment to growth in the label sector, particularly in the wine industry, where we work to high quality standards and with textured papers that demand process stability,” explains Luis Garza, Industrial Director at Copidata, SA.

“The larger format allows us to be more productive without compromising on quality, and the new motorised de-spooling rewinder improves production efficiency, facilitating access to higher-volume runs,” he concludes.
